This 90 minute workshop will be given by Dr. Michelle Little physical therapist and board certified orthopedic clinical specialist with post doctorate specializations in pelvic health and obstetrics. She will discuss updated evidence on common low back pain causes and risk factors as well as management and treatment. There will be a 45 minute movement based portion focused on providing you with 4 mobility exercises to keep you moving pain free and time at the end for Q&A. Michelle owns Women in Motion Physical Therapy and Wellness, which has been rated the Best of Cville Physical Therapy practice 3 years in a row and has presented at national medical conferences American Urology Association (AUA), and for the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as well as has published research and teaches in post doctorate professional programs.
